Today I’m excited to introduce you to Emma Schonenberg, artist, designer, plant lover, dog momma, and Art Therapist.
In today's conversation we talk about her journey to becoming an Art Therapist, the benefits she received from getting lost in creating her Soul Gardens and the benefits others have received as well. It's super exciting to hear about how creating something beautiful, or simply beginning to pay attention to beauty in our sketchbooks can reduce anxiety, improve sleep, make pain disappear for an hour, increase our flexibility and problem solving, give us courage and nurture our kinder patient side.
There's so much to share from this podcast.

If you'd like to work with Jen and discover the healing power of art for yourself or those you work with, check out her website Hope and Healing at Home.
She is now certified to provide Art Therapy supervision for others seeking their Art Therapy license! Sign up for a meeting here.
