Today we're chatting with my friend Danica Thurber (aka Danica the Artist) about how art can help us process our grief.
We often talk about grief after the loss, but what about the grief process that occurs before the loss? That is anticipatory grief and the main focus of our discussion and art project today.
GRIEF COURSE:
At the end you'll get to see some of Danica's own artwork and hear about her new Therapeutic Art Grief course, available now on her Etsy store.
CHILDREN'S BOOK:
Each year (October17-21), to honor her dad's heaven-versary she runs a sale on Amazon to get the digital version of her children's book, Lulu Faces Loss And Finds Encouragement, for FREE!
