In today's episode, I talked to Ian Peatey about Non-Violent Communication (NVC). What it is, how can I integrate it in my life and how can it help me have healthier relationships and conflicts.

We covered the philosophy behind it, it's steps, use cases and how it can enrich our lives, leading to more connection in the form of relationships. We didn't step away from talking about the challenges one can encounter in adopting the NVC mindset.

One of the topics that really touched me was the part about our needs, emotions and the strategies we imply to deal with them.

We also went into a deep dive around how we can use NVC in the business landscape to build trust and transform communication within the company.

Last but not least, we looked on how NVC can help us in our couple life, both to solve issues and cherish each other more.
