Welcome back to another episode of Learning Curves, the podcast for entrepreneurs by entrepreneurs!

In this weeks episode I sat in my studio, Second Sol Studios, with life coach Kelly Abanda. Kelly is an expert when it comes to changing your life because that is exactly what she has done. For years she worked in corporate America, "Checking All the Boxes" as she puts it. She held a high ranking office at a large company, and was working towards buying a house in L.A. which many people would consider an attribute of success. However Kelly realized she was not happy and did not feel fulfilled with the life she had created.

Kelly took a step back and re-defined what it meant to be successful, and decided to travel the world for 4 years in the pursuit of happiness and fulfillment. After deciding to return to America she now shares her insights with others, helping them to define what success means in their personal life, and actionable ways they can achieve those goals. Through workshops, online courses, 1:1 coaching, and group coaching she creates a safe space for perfectionists, overthinkers, and high achievers to get out of their own way in order to experience more fulfillment, joy, adventure and confidence. Messy action is the key and Kelly will help you get there!
