Take 30 minutes per day to focus on self-care and self-love and set your boundaries to nurture your soul.

"No is a complete sentence. We are capable of providing ourselves with love and joy and happiness. Small hinges swing big doors. Set your boundaries and don't forget to love the little things. Take 30 minutes a day to make it your time and give yourself peace."

Leah Turner is a trained and certified life health coach for women in their 50s. She helps women create an action plan and stick to it, focusing on health, emotion, physical environment, and relationships.

Leah Turner learned that self-care is much more than bubble baths and face masks. She realized that loving oneself goes beyond Valentine's Day and must be practiced every day. She shared her top ten tips for self-care, which included saying ‘no’ to commitments that weren't wanted, appreciating the little things, setting boundaries, and taking 30 minutes out of everyday to be mindful. She encourages women to take the time to be their best selves and show love to themselves.
