Learning 3.0 with Lori Niles-Hofmann!

In this episode I interview the cracker-jack Lori Niles-Hofmann, Senior Learning Edtech Specialist.

You know you are talking to a thought leader, when they tell you about the colourful emails they receive from who she labels as the ‘haters’. Lori specialises in large-scale digital learning transformations and is leading the way in innovative digital learning through a multi disciplinary lens. She shares great stories from the field, and her life, including how a text about ordering loo paper on the way to the Saturday market, gave her ideas for innovative learning.

Lori is a senior learning strategist with over 20 years of L&D experience across many industries, including international banking, management consulting, and marketing. She is passionate about helping companies navigate through the ambiguity of change and act as a trusted adviser to CLOs around the world.

After leading and completing numerous EdTech implementations, Lori has developed the data-based methodologies and frameworks that will empower your L&D teams to move from business support function to strategic business driver.

In this episode we discuss:

  • How a loo paper ‘push notification’ caused reflection on workplace learning
  • How 1/3rd of L&D are read for the future of learning, but where does that leave the rest?
