Learning 3.0 with Bob Mosher

In this podcast episode, I interview Bob Mosher, who has been an active thought leader in the L&D industry, and is renowned worldwide for his pioneering approach to learning.

Bob is the CEO and Chief Learning Evangelist of Apply Synergies, a strategic consulting firm in North Carolina that specialises in helping learning organisations design, develop and measure effective learning and performance support strategies to meet the 5 Moments of Learning Need. Bob is also the co-host of the Performance Matters Podcast alongside Dr. Conrad Gottfredson, a podcast series designed to help L&D to better understand the theory and best practices behind this powerful methodology.

This episode is packed with over 30 years of valuable knowledge from an influential industry leader who has been through both the 2002 and 2008 recessions, where he shares how he believes performance support became the discipline to surviving that as an organisation.

Tune in to hear the full episode!

In this episode we discuss:

  • How Covid has shown us a world of not only acceleration but of opportunity.
  • What will learning teams look like in a post-covid world?
  • How future classroom technology allows for all good learning techniques; reducing cognitive overload, spaced learning, reflection, but do we actually build these into virtual or face to face learning?
