Ciao! Hey, I'm Amanda. Sono Amanda. This is the audio-only version so you can listen anywhere. If you wanna watch me with all the Italian gestures, head to the video version.”
I'm from San Diego. When I first moved to Madrid, Spain, I was studying complicated grammar and it was super awkward every time I went to order food and I couldn't say the right thing when they asked if I wanted a receipt. What I was learning wasn't practical in real life. I wanted to get by and not feel like I was a dumb tourist. Since working in Italy since 2018, people have asked me, how long did it take you to get fluent? And I'll tell you, I'm not. I just know what to say and when to say it. Now, after teaching languages to people all over the world since 2016, I figured out what actually works. I help you learn just what you need in Italy. No grammar, no stress. You'll sound like a local and be travel fluent with a fraction of the time and effort you think it takes. If you can say ciao, you can speak Italian and I'll show you how.
