He also helps people become better leaders. His work has been improving operational performance in manufacturing, services, and the public sector.  

 

Hugh lives in Burnaby British Columbia and is very active in the continuous improvement and Kata community in the Cascadia region.

 

Hugh is the author of Becoming The Supervisor (Productivity Press, June 2020), a story focused on developing the core skills of front-line leaders.
