Over the past years, our guest has noticed the devastating effects that failures of leadership and failures of kindness have resulted in all over the world. So she decided to do something about the problem. As well as writing a book about Kind Leadership and starting The New School for Kind Leaders, she’s the Founder of The Love and Kindness Project Foundation, a global registered public charity.
Karyn is also the co-author of The Toyota Way to Service Excellence: Lean Transformations in Service Organizations with Jeffrey Liker.
