Poem was inspired upon my reflection and conversation with my Higher Self. She reminded me of my warped perception of what healing “looks and feels like”. She offered me compassion and true innerstanding. I was grateful for this expanded perspective, it was encouraging and empowering. It allowed me to be gentle with myself and give the praises deserved for the growth I have attained. This is your reminder to offer grace and kindness to yourself during this healing journey.
