Leading the Ship- A Burnout Experience

Burn out- Millions of people across the world suffer from this, yet we don’t talk about it as much as we should. And given the last year and something we have had, with COVID-19 and its restrictions, and working remotely and online meetings, the issue of burn out may be more prevalent now than ever. And it can result in issues like pervasive insomnia, a host of health issues and in more extreme cases, even death.

Alette Liz Williams- joins us today to talk about her experience of burnout. Thanks to Alette for bravely sharing her story with us.
