They prioritise excellence and innovation and have expanded to offer courses remotely as well as in person since the pandemic.

Napa values the opportunities for direct personal impact that HR offers, and has taken advantage of spearheading using engagement surveys at Oxford Summer Courses to make direct change based on the needs of the staff. Since recording this, Napa has been headhunted by Taylor & Francis Group and is now working for them as a HR Business Partner.
