Are you always honest with yourself and others?
In this episode, John provides advice on how to deliver brutal honesty and why it is important to be able to do this.
John recently wrote an article on this subject and how brutal honesty needs to come from yourself as well as other people. If you can be honest with yourself, this will allow you to take less positive feedback on board as well, making you a better, more well-rounded person. Who doesn’t want that!
