For your take-home task, imagine you’re running your own diner (or nursing assignment). Think about a typical rush hour (or crazy-busy day), and write down:

• One task you’d delegate to each team member.
• How you’d communicate it clearly.
• How you’d check in to make sure it’s done right.

Spend five minutes on this—it’s a fun way to practice delegation without the pressure of pancakes burning in the background.
