
Lately, I've been burning the candle at both ends—a practiceI usually avoid for a healthy brain and body. Yet, sometimes pushing ourselves to that edge is necessary for growth.
During one of my intense work periods, I started feelingquite uncomfortable, and I couldn’t figure out why. Until I realized it was fear.
This brought me to explore how fear so often accompanies growth. In this episode I share some insights on navigating fear. I give two key ideas to keep in mind when you’re having that fear, and four questions, that’ll help you move forward when fear threatens to stall your progress.
The most important thing about work sprints, is that you need to make sure you have planned rest, to maintain optimal health and brain power.
