Authentic, trait and informal leadership in a crisis

This podcast focuses on understanding the role of an informal leader in a crisis and the extent to which the informal leader displays authentic leadership as well as a series of traits. To highlight this, a recent example is used in the form of Anders Tegnell – a Swedish physician and public servant working for the Public Health Agency of Sweden.

Produced by: Richard Bolz, Claes Törnsten, Lena Tandiang and Louisa Marie Frank.
