Episode #3: What to Do When I Fail?

Episode #3: What to Do When I Fail?

Episode 3 deviates from the Leadership from Scratch framework and instead considers a topic we all wrestle with at some point: how to deal with failure.

We first put together the recipe for certain failure -- things like not measuring progress, stopping after one bad experience, being inconsistent, and trying to avoid frustration.

And then (of course) we lay out actionable tools that can be applied when faced with failure to use it to your advantage. By implementing these tools you will learn why you should SEEK failure, for without failure we will all surely fail -- is that clear as mud?

As always there are some fun nuggets in here from Kobe Bryant, Jordan Peterson, Alex Hormozi, Chris Williamson, Andrew Huberman, Alia Crum, and Carol Dweck.

Hope this helps!
