Matt’s story is simply exceptional. He was paralysed after a rugby accident in 2005 whilst training with England U21. Whilst in hospital he told his father this would be the making of him. This remarkable man has subsequently created the Matt Hampson Foundation with his ‘Get Busy Living’ philosophy - the cornerstone to everything the Foundation aims to do; helping people to get busy living again after a life-altering injury. He was awarded an OBE in 2021 for his work.
