Alex is an executive in Operations with expertise in digital transformation, including implementation of large platforms such as SAP systems across the supply chain, application of process improvements and data quality systems. A leader with a proven track record of designing processes to integrate the value chain from customers, distribution centers, factories and recycling centers.
He has a unique ability to drive complex processes towards simplicity, clear accountability and cross functional alignment. His work experience combines expertise in Sales Operations and Planning (S&OP) by leading Sales Operations (call center, e-commerce and order fulfillment) as well as Supply Chain operations (demand and supply planning, manufacturing and inventory). Deep experience on leading operations that requires processes transformation combined with deployment of common IT tools.
Above all he is a role model of human dignity, bias to action and servant leadership. Alex has been a teacher and mentor for years. It's been an honor to call him friend.
