Why did you want to lead? What drove you to apply for that role? What did you envision? It's one thing to depart an organization due to mistreatment or for upward growth/mobility but it's another thing to walk away because "winter has come". As we hear the rumblings that 2022 might start off a bit rocky, are you already preparing your exit because you didn't sign up for storms?
