Welcome to the Leaders Podcast, where we talk about the philosophy and psychology of different leaders. Based in Edmonton, Alberta, I interview leaders from many different places and walks of life.

Today I speak with Tyler Schmidt, President of PennyDrops at MacEwan, a student-run organization dedicated to the advancement of financial education for high-school and post-secondary students in Canada. Tyler also has a background in management consulting and marketing, and is looking to continue within those fields once his tenure as president is over.

We talk about some basic financial advice for students, especially during uncertain times, as well as his leadership experiences he has had so far, and who he looks to for mentorship.
