Welcome to the Leaders Podcast, where we talk about the philosophy and psychology of different leaders. Based in Edmonton, Alberta, I interview leaders from many different places and walks of life.

Today I speak with Michel Kant, former Head of SEO of Staples Europe, and current entrepreneur and digital consultant with his firm Rooster Consulting. Michel is a lifelong entrepreneur, starting his first business at 14 selling website hosting services and ringtones. He moved up from a junior position to Head of SEO for all of Staples Europe, managing over 16 countries. We chat about his leap from a corporate role back to an entrepreneurial one, and in addition to Rooster Consulting, Michel has launched two more businesses in the Netherlands in the past year.
