So often society is fixated on fixing what’s wrong while thinking that our strengths will simply take care of themself.

I want to challenge this paradigm over the next few weeks to suggest that STRENGTHENING OUR STRENGTHS and managing our weaknesses is much more beneficial not only for ourselves but also for the organizations or businesses we find ourselves in.
