Mother’s Body Fact: By Week 7, your uterus has doubled in size! You may experience stronger symptoms such as nausea, food aversions, mood swings, and heightened sensitivity to smells. These shifts are signs of your body’s dedication to nourishing and protecting your baby.
Baby’s Development Fact: Your baby is now about the size of a blueberry, around 0.5 inches long. The brain is growing quickly, and tiny arms and legs are starting to form. The baby’s facial features, including the mouth and nostrils, are taking shape, and the kidneys are beginning to develop.
Question to Consider: As you and your baby grow together, how can you deepen your sense of connection, finding moments of stillness to tune into your baby’s presence within you?
