Kevin Shortall is Principal in St Aidan’s Community School Tallaght, Dublin. He has worked there since 1996. He has been a Home School Community Liaison and a Deputy along the way and is gaining much publicity online for his upbeat, fun approach to leadership which includes doing head over heels in the students PE classes and dancing in the office when the Timetable is completed with colleagues.
