Leading Like A Woman: Taking On The NYC Boy's Club with LeiLani Quiray
Leilani Quiray is a CEO, a triathlete, an activist, and a total badass.
Today I’m joined by Founder and CEO of BeTheChangeHR, an HR support company for small to mid-size businesses & their employees and a social impact organization with a mission of providing job readiness coaching to human trafficking survivors and those transitioning out of homelessness. LeiLani founded her company with a dream to influence others to be conscious capitalists…using their work to make the world a better place. Beyond all of that, LeiLani is a triathlete, a mom, and a total badass who you can find taking on male filled boardrooms around NYC making her mark. When I launched this podcast and made my list of dream guests, LeiLani was absolutely on this list - when I think of Leading Like A Woman, she is the EPITOME of it.
