Becky Webber is our guest for this episode, meeting ezeni’s Matt Stancombe in Central London for an insightful conversation. Becky has a long career in the talent selection, recruitment industry – with some of her early career spent in the learning & development world too. As Operations Director (South) at Tate Recruitment, Becky has a broad role – one that sees her in a strategic position, but also in a hands-on cultural & people-focus space. Becky talks about her desire to keep learning and bettering herself, so she can lead and support with confidence. Her Institute of Leadership & Management Level 7 studies prove how committed she is to being the best version of herself, which in turn influences so many people at Tate, and, those of whom Tate supports via their recruitment channel.
