Doubt can be a killer, it can drain you, it can make you think that the work you are doing is worthless. But Standing up for yourself doesn’t make you argumentative. Sharing your feelings doesn’t make you oversensitive. And saying no doesn’t make you uncaring or selfish. If someone won’t respect your feelings, needs, and boundaries, the problem isn’t you; it’s them and as we walk through this world as we work to create our vision we must not be shaken by the doubt or the hate.
