Adv. Dr. Aastha Dahal is a committed lawyer with a multifaceted career in consulting and legal practice. She completed her PhD in Criminology at the University of Cambridge, where her research focused on police conflict resolution programs for spousal violence. Adv. Dahal also possess a Masters in Criminological Research from the University of Cambridge, Bachelor’s in Law (LLB) from Nepal Law Campus, and Bachelor of Arts Combined Honors in Human Rights and Law from Carleton University, Canada. Adv. Dahal is the first Nepali to be elected as the President of Cambridge University Student’s Union in 2020. Adv. Dahal came into the spotlight in July 2023 when she posted on Facebook about her struggles to receive education equivalency from Tribhuvan University. Connect with Adv.
