In this episode we chat with stand-up comedian Aidan Jones.
Aidan talks on after an eventful night while on a comedy tour in Thailand, a snap light bulb moment that led him to quit drinking alcohol, with his latest stand up show being based around his decision.
He shares plenty of personal anecdotes on his journey, from growing up not knowing his biological father and how that affected his upbringing to tracking him down in his late 20s.
We talk about his career in stand up comedy and discuss the craft, how therapy has helped him navigate his emotions, and having the courage to be open on his desire to try and work towards his ultimate goals in life with pursuing comedy and finding a partner and starting a family and challenges faced with that.
