How can we improve the pageant industry as a whole for titleholders, directors, contestants, and staff?

Pageant people - let's please support Noelia as she goes through this transition and in whatever her next chapter will be. She has been such an inspiration for hard work, perseverance, grace under pressure, and mental health.

Also thank you to Dani Walker for always providing insightful content in the pageant community, and Claudia the former Miss USA Social Media Director for speaking out for the staff and titleholders who couldn't.

Through Lashes and Sashes, I hope we can create constructive dialog on how we can improve pageantry.
