In Community and in NYC: The Latinx Storytellers Conference

In this special Las Musas episode, we talk with Musas Adriana Hernández Bergstrom and Gabriela Orozco Belt about some of the amazing highlights from the first Latinx Storytellers Conference held September 13-14, 2024!

The Latinx Storytellers Conference is an annual, in-person gathering of Latinx children and adult book writers and illustrators. During this two-day event, hundreds of Latinx storytellers enjoy craft masterclasses, professional development sessions and have access to hard-to-reach industry professionals such as publishers, editors and literary agents. Learn more. The conference is organized by the Latinx Kidlit Book Festival.

Host: Aiza Perez-Prado
