Hi. My name is David Pitts. I am a public school educator who has worked with Emergent Bilingual, ESL or EL students for seventeen years. I want to share information for parents to understand how schools support English Learner students and how you can be the best advocate for your child. I also have interests in language, philosophy and legal precedent as it relates to language and education in the United States.
