Another cozy chat, I have been finding that my old methods of self care simply aren't working like they used to. With big worldly events, post pandemic (sorta) vibes, and all around more existential crisis, here are some of the things Ive been finding helpful for staying grounded, staying happy, and keeping myself loved up and present to life.
