There are so many other things we could be using as a reward for caring for our bodies but for whatever reason we use food... but why? honestly I feel like this has been the go to ever since I was little. Not my parents fault but more like just culture and society. Well today we are gonna rid of this mindset and I'm gonna help you do so :) & explain the damages we may be doing when we always reward ourselves with food.
