On this final segment with The Black Americans, the girls acknowledge the contributions of Black Americans. Izzy thanks Black culture for giving what it's ‘posed to gave through holiday traditions. Sparkle wants to know if you’ve ever stepped foot outside of the U.S. Ruth discusses the “Black-American Marie” vs. “Immigrant Marie” perspective. Azalia reveals she might be Haitian via shared Black colloquialisms. And Harold shares a glimpse of Black history through his great-grandparents’ stories. All parties agree we are blackity Black nonetheless.
