El presente que habitamos está siendo testigo de nuevas formas de opresión y de violencia. Israel (con sus aliados de Occidente) está buscando borrar a Palestina en muchas dimensiones, con múltiples estrategias.
El genocidio a su población es una. Otra, conectada e igual de profunda, es por medio de un ecocidio: obstaculizando las condiciones mínimas para la vida, envenenando, bombardeando y destruyendo la tierra misma.
En este episodio quisimos hablar de qué es un ecocidio y por qué se habla de que uno está siendo ejecutado en el territorio palestino. Es una co-creación de La Enredadera & co. con Mohammed Usrof y Bisan Safi de PICS, y diseño sonoro por Nicolás Gutiérrez García de Tembe Laboratorio Sonoro.

The present we are inhabiting is being witness to new forms of oppression and violence. Israel (together with allies from the West) are trying to erase Palestine in many dimensions, through multiple strategies.
The genocide of its population is one. Another, connected and equally profound, is through ecocide: hindering the minimum conditions for life, poisoning, bombing and destroying the land itself.
In this episode we wanted to talk about what is an ecocide and why we say that one is happening in the Palesinte territory. This is a co-creation of La Enredadera & co. with Mohammed Usrof and Bisan Safi from PICS, and sound design by Nicolás Gutiérrez García from Tembe Laboratorio Sonoro.
