8 Minute Meditation for Moms

This meditation is for moms. Lindsay guides you through connecting to a deep diaphragmatic breath to bring the nervous system back into balance.  Through a focused breath, we can take a 'timeout' from life and settle into the still waters of the present.  Take 5 minutes or 10, whatever you can spare, at a time when you can let the lists and To Do's go.  This practice is about giving yourself space to just breathe.  Whatever you are moving through, whatever your world is like, this meditation will help to ground the body and calm the mind and heart.
