Communication skill rests on the foundation of self belief and confidence. This podcast is on the critical quality of leadership communication. It has useful content for all my listeners, to overcome business and relationship challenges that the first big pandemic exposure in our living lives COVID19, has thrown at us. Communication is a key leadership ingredient.

Great Business Leaders are excellent communicators as the Business success relies on it. One of the key leadership communication style for Business Leaders possess is ADAPTABILITY or Adaptive Leadership. Adaptive leadership is about tackling an uncertain environment, by challenging age-hold practices, dogmas and paradigms, to finding cohesive approaches and tackling the VUCA situation in your own unique way. A lasting example of Adaptive Leadership Communication is that of Ms. Indra Nooyi the CEO of Pepsico till she stepped down in August 2018. Her leadership communication and the thread of adaptability could be seen in her Vision, Truth, Active listening, Pushing Boundaries, Collaboration, Continuous Learning, Conviction, and Humility.
