Speaking in detail of Krishnamurti's essential quote, "The Observer is the Observed".  Understanding this particular teaching actually was a big milestone for my understanding personally, as I started to fully grasp the immensity of Jiddu Krishnamurti's explanations. 

Understanding the role of the observer in my very own life, I was able to grasp the influence my ego has had on my life experience. It highlighted situations when the ego involved itself in my own life, which was hindering me from observing what actually is.
