I chat up with the free spirited Ashima from the Chemical branch. She shares her experiences as a professional and the challenging path she has undertaken in a typically male dominated Industry.   Her own poetic description goes like this: A free spirit they call me .... flighty as a bird... busier than a bee,....but my words sparkle with all clarity. Am a mother, am a wife... but first and foremost am a woman who has a life. A first born... who takes her rights and duties seriously.
