This time the kood/Cast team came together to find out which opportunities does Ida-Virumaa, the most Russian speaking region in Estonia, offer to programmers and entrepreneurs. This episode is a special one since it was recorded in Russian and has the goal of introducing local people to the startup culture. Our guests are Anton Ossipovski (founder of OBJEKT in Narva), Elina Dubova (Startup Estonia representative) and Jegor Pechyorin (local startup enthusiast).
