#14 - How I work with my inner child

I've had so many interesting aha-moments in the last couple of weeks connecting with myself in a younger version; my inner child. To work on relationships and better them and enjoy them more, we need to let go of all the things that are holding us back and not letting us live fully. My inner child has a lot of answers to what holds me back. Maybe yours do too?
