EP 02 - Konkani Folklore (Krishna and Yashoda)

In our hindu culture, children whether a Boy or a Girl are considered a portrayal of Lord Balakrishna.

There are 2 reasons for this, firstly whenever you call the name of the child, you inadvertently take the name of the God (as most of the children were named after the God and the Goddesses). Secondly it was easy to narrate the story of the omnipotent to the child  Today, I am going to narrate an old folklore from our local Konkani literature. In this folklore a mother and her son are analogised to Yashoda and Lord Krishna.

Scripted By: Sateesh Bhat
Narrated By: Vivek Manohar Prabhu
Vocals: Vismaya Vivek Prabhu
Sound Engineering: Vaishnav Vivek Prabhu
Recorded at: VVP Studios
