Take a second to notice, do you hear them? The voice in your head who narrated and judges every though, every action? Have you ever like so many tried to kill off that part of you? Well you can't that is an inherent part of you, you can retrain them. You're inner narrative is there to protect you, however often times its a poorly trained soldier. We must understand this and repurpose their use to serve us to better and more fulfilling lives. In this weeks episode, I will teach you how I have done that. We will futher discuss ways of being and our winning formula. Being aware of such allows us to identify gaps and work on our weaknesses.
