I think I'm developing a phobia of 5ks, so I tried to hop in a local 5k when I was at my in-laws in Iowa. It didn't quite work out.

You've seen those cooling headbands at the Olympics and in Triathlon. Omius gave me a set of the cooling headband things, and it was very different than what I was expecting - on a lot of levels.
