Captain Torsoo immigrated to the US and faced some major cultural shocks that he could never have imagined.

In this clip, he talks about how looking an elder in the eyes in his home country would be considered disrespectful, while in the US culture, 

not doing so is perceived as a sign of disrespect and carelessness. 

It's just one example of the kinds of challenges that he faced and the insights he gained during his journey.
