She is a Chartered Knowledge Manager (MCLIP) and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC)with the International Coaching Federation.

Ninez aims to help individuals, especially women and non-profit leaders, lead authentic and impactful lives. She supports their efforts to make a difference in their communities and the wider world.
