Whirlwind Romance: Nothing Future Dates: Wendy plans to knit the Extempore shawl by Briony Singleton in Freia Handpaints Metropolis gradient.  She also plans to knit the Pebble Beach shawl  by Helen Stewart.  These will both be great recovery shawls.
